1. Deposit Policy
To secure your booking at Pondok Putih Studio, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your selected date and time slot.
Important: All deposits paid are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation terms:
- Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your booking, the deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: We allow rescheduling of your session to a different date/time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your original booking.
- No-Show: Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
3. Rescheduling Terms
If you need to reschedule your appointment:
- Contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
- Each booking can only be rescheduled once
- The deposit will be transferred to your new booking date
- Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date
4. Cancellation by Studio
In rare circumstances where we need to cancel your session (due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or studio maintenance):
- You will receive a full refund of your deposit, OR
- You may choose to reschedule to any available date at no additional cost
- We will notify you as soon as possible if cancellation is necessary
5. Refund for Services Not Rendered
If, for any reason, you are unable to receive the services you paid for due to an error on our part:
- You will receive a full refund of all payments made
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
6. Payment Balance
The remaining balance (total session fee minus deposit) is due on the day of your photoshoot session. Payment methods accepted include:
- Cash
- Bank Transfer
- Online Banking (DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet)

Please include your booking reference number and preferred new date/time when contacting us.
8. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date or provide appropriate compensation.
